
Return Policy Terms and Conditions
Island Fog Vape Shop Return Policy Terms and Conditions:
1. We do not offer refunds on the following items for health and safety reasons:
-Clearomizers, Cartomizers, Atomizers, or any E-Liquids (used or unused).
-If we receive any of the items listed above it will be discarded and no credit or refund will be issued.
-Products returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
2. Misused, damaged, or broken starter kits or parts will not be refunded.
3. Returned items to Island Fog Vape Shop will be carefully inspected upon receipt. If there are clear signs of the Return Policy Terms and Conditions being abused, no credit or refund will be given.
All returned merchandise must be received in our Port Alberni location within 21-days of the original receiving date. Please make sure you return your order via trackable mail as we do not take any responsibility for undelivered returns. Please contact Island Fog Vape Shop's customer service support if you have any further questions.
To Process Your Return:
1. Please Email islandfog@shaw.ca to obtain a Return Merchandise Form.
2. Please fill out the Return Merchandise Form and include this form along with all items from the original order in a padded envelope or box. We are not responsible if the items are damaged during the shipment back to Island Fog Vape Shop.
3. Please ship the items back to Island Fog Vape Shop using a trackable shipping method.
4. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing depending on when we receive your items at our Port Alberni office. All refunds will be issued to the original credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase.
